Terms & Conditions — lg04d Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lg04d", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the lg04d platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://lg04d.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses an lg04d account.
• "Account" — refers to the personal player account created upon successful registration on the lg04d platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the lg04d website, including all associated pages, services, games, and betting products available at https://lg04d.net.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, numbers draw, or any other gambling product offered through the Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to non-cashable promotional credits added to an Account pursuant to an active lg04d promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity verification process applied to all Accounts, requiring submission of valid Indonesian government-issued identification before withdrawal requests are approved.
• "IDR" or "Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted and paid out on the lg04d platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law, including jurisdictions other than Indonesia where the Player's use of the Platform may breach local regulations.
• "Force Majeure" — refers to any event beyond lg04d's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or other circumstances that prevent normal platform operation.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on lg04d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
2. You must be an individual person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and persons acting as nominees or agents on behalf of a third party are not eligible to hold an Account.
3. You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of lg04d or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processing partners.
5. You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by lg04d for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You must not be self-excluded from the Platform pursuant to a voluntary self-exclusion request submitted under Clause 10 of these Terms.

lg04d reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team will result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the lg04d platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet information for payment purposes. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

Upon registration, lg04d will request KYC verification documents including a clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and, where applicable, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted to deposits only until KYC verification is successfully completed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified Accounts.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2. lg04d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. lg04d will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify lg04d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your Account security by contacting our 24/7 support team. lg04d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has shared their login details with another person.

lg04d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and implements additional security measures including login session monitoring and anomalous-activity detection. Notwithstanding these measures, you accept that no system is entirely free from security risk and that you bear primary responsibility for the security of your own Account access.

All deposits to lg04d Accounts are denominated and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits applicable to your Account tier and the selected payment method. These limits are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.

lg04d does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party e-wallets belonging to another person, or any payment source that is not registered in the same legal name as your lg04d Account. Deposits originating from unverified or mismatched payment sources will be returned and the associated Account flagged for review.

lg04d reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual Accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits via the Account settings at any time.

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the same legal name as your verified lg04d Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal processing is subject to the following timeframes:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically processed within 5–15 minutes during banking support hours (08:00–21:00 WIB).
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Typically processed within 15–60 minutes during banking support hours. Inter-bank transfers may take up to 3 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

All withdrawal requests require KYC verification to have been successfully completed before processing. lg04d reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or where the Account has exhibited unusual activity patterns prior to the withdrawal request.

Withdrawals of funds derived wholly or partially from active Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms (see Clause 7). Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated bonus-derived winnings being removed from the Account balance, with the remaining real-money balance available for withdrawal.

lg04d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events and national holidays. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the point of offer:

1. Each promotion is available once per eligible Account unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
2. Bonus offers are available to verified Accounts only. Unverified Accounts may receive a bonus credit but will not be able to withdraw any associated winnings until KYC is completed.
3. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement) that must be met before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is displayed clearly at the point of bonus offer and in the Account's active bonus summary.
4. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sportsbook bets, and slot games may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100%, 50%, or 10%) toward satisfying the rollover. Contribution rates for each product category are disclosed in the specific promotion terms.
5. lg04d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have already been credited will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
6. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Seasonal promotions referencing Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) are time-limited. The specific validity period and terms for each seasonal promotion are communicated via the Platform at the time the promotion is active.

All bets placed on the lg04d platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product type selected: sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or e-sports. General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed. lg04d does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a manifest technical error on the Platform has occurred and can be evidenced by lg04d's systems.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet. Attempting to circumvent bet limits via sequential bets or account splitting is prohibited.
• lg04d reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome has been affected by a confirmed match-fixing, sporting integrity violation, or corrupted game result as determined by the relevant governing body or an independent integrity organisation.
• In the sportsbook, mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to settle correctly for the full payout to be awarded. Where one or more legs are voided, the applicable odds are recalculated based on the remaining settled legs.
• For togel markets, draw results are taken from the official published results of the relevant lottery authority (Hongkong, Singapore, Sydney, or Macau as applicable). lg04d is not responsible for any errors or delays in the publication of official draw results.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.

Specific game rules, payout tables, and bet type descriptions for all products are available within each game or product section on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lg04d platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances, including any pending withdrawal requests:

• Creating more than one Account (whether under the same or different personal details) or facilitating another person's creation of multiple accounts.
• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or promotional offer.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback abuse, false KYC documentation submission, use of stolen or third-party payment methods, or money laundering through the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers a bug or vulnerability is required to report it to lg04d support immediately rather than exploiting it. Exploitation of platform errors will result in winnings derived from the error being voided.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a sub-agency betting service or collecting bets on behalf of third parties.

lg04d cooperates with relevant authorities and financial intelligence units where evidence of criminal activity — including money laundering or fraud — is identified in connection with Platform activity. Account information may be disclosed to competent authorities in such circumstances.

lg04d is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. We provide the following player-controlled tools to assist in managing your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period. The same cooling-off rules applicable to deposit limits apply here.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure periodic on-screen reminders of elapsed session time during active gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that lg04d prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the lg04d platform — including but not limited to the lg04d brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data feeds, odds data, game content provided by third-party studios, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lg04d or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming activity. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of lg04d.

Any unauthorised use of lg04d intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game content, or impersonation of the lg04d brand — will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lg04d's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lg04d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by Force Majeure events, scheduled maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to secure your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in third-party odds, scores, or game data that are outside lg04d's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits lg04d's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence — liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

lg04d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, KTP number, contact details, and payment method information — is used solely for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of Platform services. lg04d does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

lg04d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial obligations, or product availability in a significant way — lg04d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice published on the Platform or sent to your registered Account email address.

For minor amendments (such as corrections to typographic errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to payment method lists), changes take effect immediately upon publication. The "last updated" date displayed at the top of this page is updated with every revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your available balance by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the governing version in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience is subordinate to the English text.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Instance — Internal Resolution: Submit a formal written complaint to our support team at the contact details provided in Clause 16. lg04d will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation — Independent Review: If the internal resolution process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to an independent dispute resolution process. lg04d will provide details of the applicable escalation pathway upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.
